I'm Denisse Barragan, a proud Vista resident and business owner with deep roots in our community. I'm committed to making Vista an even better place to live and work. As the co-founder of a successful business, I understand the needs of our local economy and the importance of giving back. Honored as the Heroes of Vista 2023 Businessperson of the Year for my dedication to business and community, I serve on various boards including the Vista Education Foundation, Vista Chamber of Commerce, and Vista Historical Society, and volunteer with numerous local organizations
